Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team, offering an exciting opportunity to accelerate your career growth by honing problem-solving, collaboration, and research skills.

Responsibilities

  • You will own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues, collaborating with teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
  • Lead in building communities with peer delivery roles, sharing knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching, and mentoring of others.
  • Deepen your technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness.
  • Engage with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools driving Microsoft product improvements.

Requirements

  • Hands-on working experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology.
  • Experience in ERP systems like Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Epicor, and related.
  • Experience in ERP working in one or more Supply Chain Management areas: Sales order and Purchase order processing, Manufacturing and Master planning, Inventory and Warehouse management, Inventory costing, Transportation management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, accurate logical problem-solving.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and sharing knowledge with others through training delivery and mentoring.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – verbal, listening, and written (including technical writing).
  • Interpersonal and relationship skills proven through work experience.
  • Passion for lifelong learning and personal and professional development.
  • Exposure and experience working with customers on the Cloud, e.g., Microsoft Cloud products or other Cloud Management System.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Production, Materials, or Transportation.

Language Qualification

English Language: confident in reading, writing, and speaking.

Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
