Technical Support Specialist for Microsoft Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Speakit, working closely with clients across Portugal. This is an exceptional opportunity to combine your technical expertise with language skills in German and English, furthering your career development within the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support to Microsoft corporate customers and partner companies on technical inquiries
- Engage in phone calls (inbound and outbound) and written communication in both German and English
- Solve complex technical issues in collaboration with IT administrators, managers, and other employees of partner companies
- Identify relevant processes and forward corresponding feedback to other teams
- The technical inquiries may pertain to software such as Intune, Teams, SharePoint, or Office 365, as well as system administration tasks
Requirements:
- A native level of German fluency and excellent English communication skills
- Minimum one year of experience in technical support or system administration
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- An excellent team player with a collaborative mindset
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from €45,000 to €65,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a productivity bonus of €200 per month.
