Company Overview:
A leading international Customer Experience Specialist is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Lisbon. With over 20 years of experience, the company has grown to become a global presence with more than 50,000 employees.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately €1,100 per month, paid 14 times annually. In addition, you can earn up to €100 per month as a performance bonus, receive meal vouchers worth €7.23 per workday, and have reimbursement for some transportation costs. Private health insurance and dental plan are also included after six months of employment.

Job Description:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. You will adapt the brand's voice and tone to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The working hours are Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 7 am to 7 pm, with eight hours of work per day.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should be customer service oriented, have good communication skills, be proactive, and a team player. You must be a native German speaker with a good level of English. Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is an asset. A sales/commercial background is also beneficial.
