Lighting Product Support Specialist

Your responsibilities and impact as a Lighting Product Support Specialist will be:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels, providing timely and accurate support.
Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues.
Communicate effectively with customers in a multicultural environment, adapting the company's voice and tone for various interaction channels.
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.
You will work alongside a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you should be a native French speaker and have a good level of English.
You are looking for a job opportunity abroad.
You are motivated and committed to your work.
You have no troubles with writing in French.
You are a team player and willing to work with many other nationalities.
Sales/Commercial background is a plus.
Previous experience in Customer Service or credit recovery experience is a plus.
**What We Offer:**
We provide a competitive salary package including a gross monthly salary of €890 x 14 months, a performance bonus up to €100 per month, meal vouchers, reimbursement of transportation costs, Private Health Insurance, and dental plan after six months.
**Additional Benefits:**
If you live outside Portugal, we reimburse your initial flight ticket up to €400 after four months within the company. We also offer four months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by us (rental fee to pay).
