About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and social media channels
  • Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issues
  • Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on private and public channels
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €1100 gross/month (paid 14x), plus a performance bonus of up to €100/month, meal vouchers of €7.23/workday, and reimbursement of some transportation costs.

In addition, we provide Private Health Insurance and dental plan after six months. If you live outside Portugal, we offer reimbursement of the initial flight ticket after six months and 12 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company.

Working Conditions

You will work in a multicultural team environment alongside a diverse team, rotating shifts from 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Sunday. You will also have the opportunity to work from home depending on your region in Portugal.

Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is customer service oriented, has good communication skills, and is proactive and a team player. Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is a plus, but not required. You must be a native German speaker and have a good level of English.
