Job Title: Technical Support Specialist for Electric Bikes in Lisbon

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming queries in a customer service environment, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints.
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from enterprise clients, gathering information and ensuring resolutions.
  • Maintain client relationships through product support, providing high-quality service and recording all required data elements in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Native level of German and fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in Technical Support, preferably with a minimum of 6 months.
  • Interest in and willingness to learn, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to operate in high-pressure situations and work as part of a team.
