Job Title: Technical Support Specialist for Electric Bikes

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the German market, ensuring excellent quality and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming queries in a customer service environment, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer concerns.
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from enterprise clients, gathering information and ensuring resolutions.
  • Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone, providing high-quality service and recording required data elements in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Native level of German and fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in Technical Support, preferably with a minimum of 6 months.
  • Interest in and willingness to learn, with strong technical skills and ability to operate in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a customer-focused approach.
