Technical Support Advisor for Electric Bikes

You have a passion for technology and a desire to work in a multicultural environment? We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Advisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the German market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming queries in a customer service environment, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer concerns.
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from enterprise clients, gathering information and ensuring resolutions.
  • Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone, providing high-quality service and recording data in CRM.
Requirements:
  • Native level of German and fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in Technical Support, preferably with a minimum of 6 months.
  • Interest in and willingness to learn, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to operate in high-pressure situations.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
