About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers via various channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case information
  • Assisting users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, and social media channels
  • Adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through timely and friendly responses
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To be a native French speaker with a good level of English
  • To have a sales or commercial background, preferably with experience in customer service or credit recovery
  • To be motivated and committed to your work
  • To have no trouble writing in French
  • To be a team player willing to work with multiple nationalities
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:

  • A competitive salary of 890€ gross/month x 14 months (12,540€ per year)
  • A performance bonus of up to 100€/month
  • Meal vouchers of 7.23€/workday
  • Reimbursement of some transportation costs
  • Private health insurance and dental plan after six months
  • Reimbursement of initial flight ticket up to 400€ if you live outside Portugal
  • Four months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company if you live outside Portugal
