**Job Overview:**

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll interact with clients via various channels – phone, chat, email, and social media – addressing account, technical, and financial inquiries. Your role will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver outstanding support via phone, live chat, email, and social media
  • Resolve inquiries related to account setup, verification, login issues, financial concerns, and technical difficulties
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, particularly in the sports industry
  • Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and feedback
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and effective communication
  • Foster high service standards in line with company policies
  • Contribute suggestions for process and service enhancements

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proactive learning attitude

**Attractive Compensation Package:**

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, performance bonuses, meal allowance, transportation allowance, health & life insurance, and on-site work opportunities.
