Senior Technical Support Specialist

Your responsibilities and impact as a Senior Technical Support Specialist will be to ensure exceptional customer service, quality, and excellence in your work. Key areas include solving technical issues, providing product advice, following up on logistics, performing quality checks, and offering sales support.
The role requires a motivated, reliable, and committed individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse nationalities. A good command of English is highly valued, while fluency in French is mandatory.
We offer a competitive salary package including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 990€ gross/month. Excluding accommodation: 1100€ gross/month. The contract type is one-year, renewable every year, with full-time working hours (40h/week; 5 days/week) on rotating shifts (Mon-Sat, 7 AM - 7 PM). As an international candidate, you may be eligible for reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU), and assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc.
In addition to your salary, we provide private health insurance from the first day of contract signature and compensation during training period if successful (2 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes).
