As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at Blu Selection, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction by providing top-notch support for customers with inquiries related to telecom services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating customers' accounts, handling sensitive data with care, and working proactively to resolve complex technical issues.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a native level of Dutch and excellent English language skills, as well as a keen interest in technical support and troubleshooting. As an attentive listener and skilled communicator, you will be comfortable navigating complex technical questions and communicating effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
In return for your expertise, Blu Selection offers a competitive salary of €35,000 per annum, reflecting the challenging nature of this role.
