Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with customer service skills?

This position as Technical Customer Support in Lisbon is an excellent opportunity to join our team at Randstad Portugal and support users of one of the world's largest search engines.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist who can assist customers via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Danish and English, both spoken and written.

The successful candidate will have experience in technical troubleshooting and be able to adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on various channels. They will also respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined.

As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customer requests are resolved efficiently. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers.

The role offers a base salary of €1500 per month, a performance bonus up to €120 per month, meal allowance, health insurance, and relocation package. You will work Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm, with two days off on Saturday and Sunday.
