Buscojobs Portugal seeks a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Lisbon. This is a senior-level position requiring at least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, application support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in the Manufacturing, PLD, and HSE domains. They will also contribute to solution documentation, change management, and obsolescence planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve level 3 technical incidents by analyzing application and middleware logs.
- Maintain and update critical software solutions documentation in the Manufacturing/PLD/HSE domain.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive service enhancement.
- SUPPORT CHANGE REQUESTS AND CONTRIBUTING TO ROOT CAUSE ANALYSES AND PROBLEM RESOLUTION.
- Collaborate on roadmap planning for technical obsolescence management.
Requirements:
- Operating Systems: Windows, Linux.
- MiddleWare: Apache, JBoss, Tomcat.
- Database Management: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server.
- Networking: Advanced skills in network configuration and support.
- Cybersecurity: Basic understanding of security protocols and best practices.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Salary Range: €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience.
