Maintaining and updating customer accounts in a timely manner to ensure accurate information and efficient service delivery.

Handling sensitive data with utmost care and confidentiality, adhering to strict data protection protocols.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

A native level of Dutch language proficiency and excellent communication skills in English.

A keen interest in technical support and troubleshooting, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex problems.

Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike.
