About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through phone and/or chat.

Job Description
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding software functionality
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
  • Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Clients
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of Portuguese (written and oral) / knowledge of Spanish is a plus
  • Familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices concerning audio video and home appliances
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
