Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through phone and/or chat.
Job Description- Assist customers with inquiries regarding software functionality
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
- Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Clients
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level of Portuguese (written and oral) / knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices concerning audio video and home appliances
- Proficient PC skills
- Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
