About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist - Technical Support. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of customers.

Job Summary: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch technical support to customers via multiple channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of computer software or hardware-related issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German-English
