Job Description

Cleverly Lda (Portugal) is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our Global Scaled Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple segments and industries.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an experienced professional with 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to drive growth and satisfaction.
  • As a dynamic and agile individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with change.
Responsibilities
  1. Work nimbly across different sizes and segments of customers, delivering comprehensive Discovery and expert Recommendations.
  2. Facilitate 1:Many webinar events and scaled campaigns to ensure customers derive value from our products.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of Zendesk's products and have the ability to demo them to customers.
Requirements
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and French.
  • Experience with tools like SFDC, Gainsight, Tableau, and Zendesk.
  • Able to convey technical information to customers at various skill levels.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
