International Customer Service Specialist

We are a leading company in the global nutritional supplements market, offering innovative products to customers worldwide.
As an International Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively
- To meet or exceed operational and commercial goals, including monitoring progress on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- To improve customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
- To work collaboratively with the team to achieve desired levels of employee satisfaction and happiness
- To identify and report bottlenecks in work processes and systems, and proactively work on solving them
Requirements:
- Fluency in German language
- Experience in customer service field
- Affinity with health and nutritional supplements
- Excellent communication and service-oriented skills
- Commercially savvy, flexible, stress-resistant, and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, team player, positive, motivating, pragmatic, and enthusiastic attitude
