International Customer Experience Specialist

**About the Role**
As an International Customer Experience Specialist at Blu Selection, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and culturally aware individual who is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
**Job Description**
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing world-class service to customers while working on projects for top-tier brands
- Responding to customer inquiries, identifying issues, and providing solutions
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Recording data in our CRM system and providing ad-hoc support as needed
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English
- Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
- A high school degree or equivalent
- An attentive listening style, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A drive for excellence and professionalism, with a commitment to teamwork
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
**What We Offer**
We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- A competitive salary, ranging from €1300-€1500 gross per month (excl. accommodation)
- Free accommodation in a shared flat, all bills included, or a monthly stipend for those preferring their own arrangement
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick up and yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
