We are seeking an International Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a representative of our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for top-tier brands.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is 12,000 - 18,000€ gross per annum, depending on project and relocation package.

Job Description: As a Sales or Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients' activities by providing world-class service to their customers
  • Answering project-related queries from customers
  • Identifying issues and providing solutions
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Recording data in the CRM system
  • Providing ad-hoc support

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A native level of Dutch and at least a B2 level of English
  • Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
  • A high school degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
