Job Title: Inbound Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inbound Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating online social media or advertising content and engaging with customers to determine their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate online social media or advertising content to determine its relevance and effectiveness
  • Engage with customers to determine their needs and preferences
  • Help customers explore the features and benefits of products and services
  • Place orders and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Flawless communication skills in Turkish (C2) and English (B2)
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure
  • Very good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Proactive sales skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment

What We Offer:

  • 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 17:00
