Salary

We offer a competitive monthly salary of €1,800 + 2 extra salaries per year, making a total annual salary of €24,600. Additionally, you will receive healthcare benefits, numerous other discounts, and complete support to ease your relocation to Greece.

Job Description

As a Polish Customer Support and Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying customers' needs and delivering appropriate solutions, including sales
  • Guiding customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handling transactions, and providing resolution to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assisting customers to place orders and related issues
  • Answering customers' inquiries and troubleshooting or escalating technical issues that they face and assisting customers with account issues
  • FOLLOWING standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible
  • Turning every customer into a happy customer
  • Exchanging ideas and solutions with your colleagues
  • Enjoying your time in Greece

  • Fluent Polish language skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales experience with consumer products and services (asset)
  • Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
