We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team in Portugal.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to our customers via phone and email, resolving a range of issues with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email.
  • Use the right procedures to give accurate and complete information.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and ensure timely resolution and response.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, answering their questions in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.

Requirements:

  • B2 level of Russian and Polish.
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

  • Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
  • EU citizenship or residence card.
