We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team in Portugal.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to our customers via phone and email, resolving a range of issues with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email.
- Use the right procedures to give accurate and complete information.
- Take ownership of customer queries and ensure timely resolution and response.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers, answering their questions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.

Requirements:
- B2 level of Russian and Polish.

- EU citizenship or residence card.
