Customer Support Role Overview
At Cross Border Talents, we're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Russian Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Utilize open questions, support documents, and system training to troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
• Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
Requirements
• Fluency in Russian (C2 Level or Native)
• Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level)
• Typing Speed: 25 words per minute
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good listening and empathy skills
• Good time management skills
• Team spirit and flexibility
