Customer Support Expert for Russian and Polish Clients

Grow-Talent.com is proud to partner with a leading multinational technology business that is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent for their office in Lisbon, Portugal.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can communicate fluently with customers using various channels, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and providing professional support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills, enabling them to simplify technical language for non-technical users. Additionally, they should have experience in similar roles and be proficient in Russian (C1) and Polish (at least B2 level).

This full-time position offers an excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance. The salary range for this role is estimated to be around €30,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and background.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality support
  • Handle customer complaints, offer solutions, and follow up within set timeframes
  • Identify issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with other specialists to resolve or properly close help tickets
  • Document actions taken and categorize cases for our engineering team
  • Maintain and update administrative forms
Requirements:
  • Native/fluent Russian (C1), both oral and written; fluent in Polish (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience in same/similar roles is mandatory
  • Preferably with chat experience or good typing speed and usage of multiple tools in a contact center environment
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language
  • Resourceful and stress-resilient personality to adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Able to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner
  • Able to work independently while being a team player
