Customer Experience Specialist

Job TitleWe are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless experience and feel satisfied with our products or services.
About the Role- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, emails or chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services
- High school education diploma
- Native or near native level of German
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level, oral validation will be conducted)
- Excellent communication and argumentation skills
- Strong technology/computer skills
- Relocation package on offer if coming from abroad
The salary for this role is approximately €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a relocation package for candidates moving from abroad.
