Job Title

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless experience and feel satisfied with our products or services.

About the Role
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, emails or chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of products and services
Requirements
  • High school education diploma
  • Native or near native level of German
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1 level, oral validation will be conducted)
  • Excellent communication and argumentation skills
  • Strong technology/computer skills
  • Relocation package on offer if coming from abroad
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a relocation package for candidates moving from abroad.
