Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of Technical Application Specialist for the Dutch market. As an Application Specialist, you will be the go-to person for providing technical assistance related to hardware, Cloud-based solutions, and PC software. Your responsibilities will include answering complex technical queries from potential and existing customers, facilitating transferal of calls, and assisting Customer Success Agents with live technical queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications: You should have a near-native level of Dutch and business fluent English, as well as HBO level education and strong interpersonal skills. Technical analytical mindset, IT skills, and attention to detail are also essential requirements for this position. Additionally, experience in customer service/B2B sales and a proactive independent working style are preferred.
