About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Descompagnons Trabalho Temporário Lda. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity.
  • Prioritize stakeholder needs and provide unique solutions to problems.
  • Liaise with Helpdesks, product partners, and Quality Engineering teams to deliver seamless support.
  • Process service request tickets within specified delivery times.
  • Provide administrative support to certify client details and correct inaccuracies in our stakeholder database.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Secondary School Completion Equivalent.
  • Minimum one year's experience in a Customer Support or client-facing role, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Advanced level working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Dutch (C2: Native-Level Fluency), English (B2: Independent User Level).
