Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Dutch Language Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Your primary goal will be to handle inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of satisfaction and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
