Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our Umbrella Functional Consulting & Support Team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for managing reservations, handling requests and complaints, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations, including date changes, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Handle requests and complaints via email and phone.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Dutch language proficiency at a native level.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level).
  • Experience in customer care, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and identify the right information.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
