Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our Umbrella Functional Consulting & Support Team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for managing reservations, handling requests and complaints, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations, including date changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Handle requests and complaints via email and phone.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Dutch language proficiency at a native level.
- Fluency in English (B2 level).
- Experience in customer care, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and identify the right information.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
