Job Description: As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for resolving user issues via chat, email, and phone. You will also troubleshoot technical problems, educate users on platform features, and work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have native or advanced German proficiency (C2), intermediate English level (B2), and experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role. You should also be tech-savvy, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Benefits: Our client offers a competitive salary, including a base salary of 1,100€/month, complexity bonus up to 180€/month, meal allowance of 7.23€ per day worked, and 2 days off per week. The schedule is Monday to Sunday, 24/7, with night shift, and working contract is 6 months renewable.
