We are seeking a talented Customer Support Associate to join our team at Paddle, a leading payment infrastructure provider for SaaS companies. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional support to our customers and their buyers.

What You'll Do- Respond to and resolve queries from customers via email, focusing on transactional requests such as refunds and cancellations.
- Escalate advanced or complex queries to internal channels, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of Paddle's products and services, enabling you to provide expert support and grow in your role.
- Collect feedback, report any issues, and participate in process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a related field, or a willingness to transition into a customer-focused role.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work remotely, organized in communicating across different time zones (GMT, AEST, EST).
- Passion for interacting with customers and helping them succeed.
- A willingness to learn, share experiences, and seek continuous improvement.
- Previous experience working for a SaaS company, preferably offering customer support to other software companies.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other helpdesk platforms.
- Tech-savviness, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and collaboration.
Our attractive salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer:
