Job Description
You will contribute to our mission as:
- A key point of contact between customers and our technical team.
- The first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our app.
- Responsible for providing step-by-step guides, software updates, and advice on using our app.
- Assisting dealerships and customer support when issues arise related to the app.
- Analysing requests and responding accordingly.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish (C1 level) and fluency in English.
- Strong communicative skills, commitment, and a solution-oriented mindset.
