Job Overview

  • Support the activities of our client, providing top-notch quality service to their customers worldwide.

Role Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide expert guidance and resolve customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions on the database.
  • Troubleshoot using system training, support documents, and open questions.
  • Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hebrew (C2 Level or Native).
  • Good knowledge of English (B1 level).
  • Typing Speed: 20 words per minute.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Previous experience with clients.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Good time management and team spirit.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: €28,000 - €38,000 per year, depending on experience.
