About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Global Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Dutch (written and oral) proficiency and fluency in English (B2 level).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
  • Proven patience when communicating and solving issues, with a strong ability to empathize with customers.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest IT and tech-related trends.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a great team player.
