About the Role
Revolut Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Global Financial Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support to our global user base, ensuring they receive outstanding service and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class front-line support to customers via in-app live chat, phone, and email
- Collaborate with other teams internationally to resolve customer issues
- Represent Revolut online at all times, upholding our brand's values and reputation
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proficient English language skills
- JLPT Level 1 Japanese language ability or higher
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Empathy and passion for helping people
