At Boardroom Appointments, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to our global outreach efforts. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a native or near-native level of Hebrew and a good command of English. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

In this role, you will be working closely with our international client base, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for documenting relevant case information and escalating complex issues to higher tiers of support as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of €35,000-€45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.
