About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via inbound calls, emails, or through the Internet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners' products and services
- Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems
- Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2). You should also possess excellent writing and communication skills, coupled with empathy and team spirit. Additionally, you should be proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also enjoy full-time employment with indefinite contracts, central location in Lisbon, Portugal, and a bring-a-friend referral bonus opportunity. Furthermore, you will receive full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on, as well as career development programs, specialized courses, and language classes.
