**Job Title:** Global Customer Support Specialist With German Expertise

**Salary Range:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

**Location:** Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid working arrangement)

We are seeking an experienced Language Service Administrator to engage directly with customers and partners in German to provide efficient incident support processes and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process for resolving customer support tickets in German and English
  • Handle customer calls and manage incidents and requests within specified SLAs
  • Proactively improve customer experience by monitoring and addressing negative triggers
  • Document incident details and provide regular communication with customers and vendors on ticket progress

**Requirements:**

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as strong customer relationship management and multitasking abilities.
