Customer Support Specialist with Global Exposure

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to clients across the globe.
About the RoleAs a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by resolving their queries and issues efficiently. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to provide seamless support, making you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming queries from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system
- Provide ad-hoc support as needed, adapting to changing client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive support and services delivery
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A native level of German and at least B1 level of English
- In-depth knowledge of the value and impact of excellent customer experiences
- An attentive listening skill, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- A drive for excellence and professionalism in all aspects of work
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team

We offer a competitive salary package including:
- Salary: €1300-1600 gross/month (depending on experience)
- Relocation assistance and accommodation options available
