Becoming a Customer Support Specialist at our company, Blu Selection, means being part of an international team that delivers exceptional customer experiences for top brands. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of technology support while enjoying life in Budapest. Here's what you can expect:

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 550,000 HUF gross/month, plus a 30,000 HUF language bonus, and a 70,000 HUF gross bonus after a probation period. You'll also receive meal allowance after probation, as well as paid professional training.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone and email within given timescales, developing and maintaining a full technical understanding of our products and services, and assisting customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and providing usage guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English, as well as living in or willing to relocate to Budapest for an international career and life experience.
