">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Global Client Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Portuguese and Spanish-speaking clients. Your primary focus will be on resolving issues efficiently, demonstrating patience and understanding, and fostering long-term loyalty.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional, personalized responses to client queries via email, phone, and online discussion forums.">
- Deliver world-class customer experience by actively listening to clients and responding promptly to their needs.">
- Assess queries and escalate to internal teams when necessary, following pre-defined processes and channels.">
- Meet daily and weekly engagement metrics to achieve set targets for customer satisfaction and retention.">
- Work closely with our Implementations Team to ensure seamless transitions of client accounts to support.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.">
- 2+ years' experience in a service-oriented, technical, or customer support role.">
- Tech-savviness, with proficiency in working on different systems (training provided).">
