The role of Customer Support Agent at Buscojobs Portugal is a unique opportunity to support the activities of a global leader in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support to customers through inbound calls and inquiries. You will work closely with customers to resolve their issues in a timely and empathetic manner, maintaining accurate data input on the customer services database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and customer inquiries
  • Providing support and direction to customers while resolving customer service issues
  • Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database
  • Troubleshooting using open questions, support documents, and system training
  • Offering recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will require fluency in Greek (Native), good knowledge of English (B2 level), typing speed of 25 words per minute, and availability to work in rotating shifts. Additionally, you should possess good computer skills, any kind of previous experience or contact with clients, excellent communication skills, good listening and empathy skills, and good time management skills.
