Customer Support Agent in Lisbon

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

About the Role
  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Resolve customer service issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences that meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Czech (C1/C2 Level or Native)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Typing Speed: 20 words per minute
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts

Salary Information

The estimated monthly salary for this position is approximately €2,500 - €3,000 net, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with benefits.
