About the Role

Blu Selection seeks an exceptional Global Customer Support Professional to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our international customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, or social media.
  • Ensure seamless issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to redirect issues and contribute to project success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess native-level Dutch and at least a B2 level of English, excellent listening and communication skills, a drive for excellence, and a passion for intercultural communication.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of €11,000 - €19,000 annually*, full-time working hours (40h/week), relocation assistance, comprehensive private health insurance, and help with official processes.
