Arabic Customer Support Professional for Global BPO

We are seeking an Arabic native speaker or fluent professional with excellent communication skills to work as a Customer Support Specialist in our call center environment in Lisbon, Portugal.
About Our CompanyCross Border Talents is a global business process outsourcer (BPO) specializing in customer experience and payment management. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional services across various channels.
Job Description:This role involves assisting users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels. You will be responsible for adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.
- Escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Native or proficient Arabic (C1-C2) and fluent English (minimum level B2).
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a tourism/travel representative is a plus.
We offer a competitive package including:
- A salary of approximately €24,000 per year (14 monthly payments), based on your qualifications and experience.
- A performance bonus.
- Meal Allowance.
- Health insurance with a dental plan after six months of contract.
- Relocation package - shared accommodation, help setting up tax and bank account documentation, and reimbursement of your flight ticket.
