The Offer

We're offering a rewarding career opportunity for a Senior Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a Senior Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their satisfaction.

The Job

  • Provide high-quality support to customers who use our paid products, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Escalate complex problems according to established procedures, ensuring seamless support.
  • Stay up-to-date with client policies and guidelines, guaranteeing compliance and quality.
  • Troubleshoot various problems, including those related to playing videos, account issues, and membership problems.
  • Support customers with monetization purposes, such as optimizing their channel.
  • Understand and remain up-to-date with client's policies and guidelines.
  • Support with Account and Settings, resolving content ID and rights management issues.

The Profile

  • You speak and write Russian at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
  • At least 12 months of Customer Support experience within a Contact Center is required.
  • Knowledge of BPO KPI's: C-SAT (Customer Satisfaction); NPS (Net Promoter Score) & SLAs (Service Level Agreement).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.
