We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Professional to join our client's team in Portugal. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via phone and email across a range of issues.

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Providing accurate and complete information using the right procedures to ensure timely resolution and response
  • Building meaningful relationships with customers by answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
