The ideal candidate for this Senior Customer Support Agent role will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide top-notch support to customers using our paid products.
About the JobThis is a great opportunity to join our team as a Senior Customer Support Agent, where you will be responsible for providing technical and general support to customers who use our premium services. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting various issues, such as problems with playing videos, uploading, account, and bugs issues, as well as membership issues. You will also be responsible for escalating complex problems according to defined procedures.
Requirements- You must be fluent in English (B2) and speak and write Turkish at a native level.
- At least 12 months of Customer Support experience within a Contact Center is required. Knowledge of BPO KPI's, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs, is also necessary.
- You should have good computer handling skills and excellent problem-solving skills, with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with being service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €30,000 per year, which includes a relocation package of up to €2000 euros with the first payslip, assistance in finding accommodation, support in obtaining NIF and NISS, meal allowance of €7.63 per day, performance bonuses, and opportunities for development and growth.
